The Museum Foundation accepts gifts of cash, stock, non cash gifts such as property or commodities, life. Started in 2006, The Brooking Society is the annual appeal fundraising appeal which begins on October 1 of each year and runs through September 30 of the subsequent year. The 2024 Brooking Society campaign ended September 30, 2024 and raised a total of $77,392 to support Museum and Foundation projects.
Here are a few fast facts:
1 - Highest total in the history of the Brooking Society.
2 - 139 donors shared their love with the Hastings Museum; 74% of previous donors renewed their support, 17% increased their support, 9% we first time members of the Brooking Society and 16% renewed their gift after taking some time off.
3 - 2023 and 2024 Brooking Society gifts helped launch the renovation and relocation of the Kool Aid Exhibit set to open in March of 2026!
