Our board is comprised of civic minded individuals dedicated to preserving the history and culture of Hastings and Adams County, NE by raising the necessary funds to support the Hastings Museum exhibits, educational programs and the physical needs of its building and grounds. The Board of Directors is engaged in the direct oversight and governance of the Foundation and fundraising to support the operational needs of the Foundation and capital projects of the Museum.

Tom Hastings, Director of the Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce, retired; Vice President.
Peter Hedstrom, MDiv, Phoenix Castings Incorporated, retired; President of the Board of Directors.
Elizabeth "Beth" Kavan, MEd, Instructor at Central Community College, Hastings Campus; Board Member.

Dale Musgrave serves as the Executive Director of the Hastings Museum Foundation. A seasoned executive from the not for profit industry, Dale assists donors in meeting their charitable vision for the Museum and provides professional and administrative support to the Foundation and the Board of Directors.
